In an effort to practice proper social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic and to minimize potential exposure to other patients and clinic staff, patients will be offered virtual or telephone appointments first. During the virtual/telephone appointment, if the physician advises that you need to come into the clinic for a specific procedure or examination, we will book your appointment accordingly. Please note: Patients will be screened again for possible COVID-19 symptoms when coming into the clinic to ensure it is safe. Please wear a mask when you come into the clinic. If you are sick on the date of your appointment, please stay home and call the clinic to seek further guidance.
If you have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days, please stay at home and self-isolate whether you have symptoms or not. You may book a telephone or virtual appointment. The clinic DOES NOT provide COVID 19 testing. Please refer to the self-assessment tool for testing eligibility at https://covid19.thrive.health
